Leo Baxendale

Over on the Forbidden Planet Blog they celebrated 60 working years of artist Leo Baxendale who has brought us many a memorable British comic character including the likes of Minnie the Minx and Grimly Feendish. Most weekends are spent sketching or plotting: trying out ideas, concepts and designs. Here's some rough ideas from last weekend's session. Future themed work is always fun and this character's development is already showing promise.
