Woops! I made an error yesterday in the posting of an image which I assumed was on a promo vid for the product and wasn't. My bad, and a large apology to Cubicle 7 for releasing the image prior to the product release. Instead we have a pen illustration of Edinburgh from Calton Hill. from the same product. © Cubicle 7 2011

An amazing house. It had double glazing and DC electricity way before anyone else. Not to mention that whacking great electric pipe organ/music machine under the stairs.
ReplyDeleteNice drawing too.
Ay Caramba! I'll pretend that I didn't see the last image and we'll all pretend that Simon's comment comes from that of a mad man :)
ReplyDeleteNice replacement, is there artistic licence with the placement of the buildings in this view? I know it must be close either way. Nice to see an ink drawing from you Andy.
Yes, the Balmoral Hotel ( formerly The North British Hotel )It had double glazing and DC electricity way before anyone else. Not to mention that whacking great electric pipe organ/music machine under the stairs.

ReplyDeleteYes, I think I shuffled the skyline a little bit, Graeme to get the elements to work, but not too much.
Nice to do ink stuff for a change, but boy oh boy, am I rusty in that department.
