Still a busy hospital week (and the wife's birthday today too) so something else quickly dug out from the past. From memory it was painted up in photoshop (but the type may have been illustrator - can't remember)
Oh, and it's not a typo (before you all start) - just a play on words. Right gotta go, thats my two spare minutes used up.
